  1. Quest University Scholarship for International Students, 2020

The Quest University Scholarship is designed for international students seeking a degree at Quest University.

Financial Aid is intended for funding fees for students with big dreams, great and creative ideas. Are you a student with what it takes to be the best you believe in? I think studying in Canada for free is a special gift of life.

In the absence of federal or provincial funds, tuition fees and private donations cover the operating costs of QUEST University. Full-time tuition for academic years (two semesters / eight blocks) in 2020-2021 is $ 53,730 . The average full-time enrollment for Canadian universities in 2019-2020 was $ 59,959.

English Language Requirements: The Quest program is rigorous and an important criterion for obtaining a scholarship is the applicant’s academic record. Applicants whose native language is not English must submit the results of a TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) or IELTS (International System of English Language Tests) taken in the last two years.

Application procedure

  • Scholarship applications can be submitted at any time before the corresponding deadline, but will not be reviewed until the deadline. All application materials submitted for admission will be considered during the review of the candidate’s scholarship award.
  • Students wishing to apply for scholarships must complete the Scholarship Application Form and submit a resume, along with two letters of recommendation. Your resume should clearly describe your experiences and accomplishments. This may include employment, volunteer work, gap year projects, awards, hobbies, skills, etc.
  • They ask that a letter of recommendation be an academic reference, and one is a character reference. We will consider up to a maximum of four letters of recommendation. If students submit more, it is at the discretion of the admissions committee, which will be considered four. Letters should be sent as PDF files, signed and written on official letterhead, or sent directly from the person writing them. Cards that do not meet these criteria will not be considered.
  • Students applying for the David Strangway Excellence Award must also submit a maximum 300-word personal introduction to the Teacher Selection Committee. All documents must be sent together in a package by the March 1 deadline.
  • The Scholarship Review Committee will evaluate each student’s application for financial awards (scholarships and / or grants) only once. After an award package has been offered, no other requests for financial awards will be accepted.

2. 2020 Algonquin College Scholarship Program for International Students in Canada

Algonquin College is pleased to announce the availability of scholarship programs for international students in Canada as applications continue June 30, 2020. Fall 2020 intake and October 30, 2020 for Winter 2020 intake.

This Algonquin College International Student Scholarship is for freshman and freshman college students, and is based on your latest transcripts and a personal statement.

Algonquin welcomes highly qualified students from all over the world. This scholarship is intended to reward applicants who have above average scores and proficiency in the English language.

  • If you are applying for the Global Award, convert your Grade Point Average (GPA) to Percentage Grade using the Algonquin College Grade System .
  • Fill in the following request form. You must apply for only one type of award and only once you have been accepted into an academic program at Algonquin College.
  • Due to the high volume of applications, only selected candidates will be contacted.

Apply only once you have received an Acceptance Letter and have met all conditions. The student must submit a complete scholarship application package for international students that includes:

(a)Scholarship completed Application Form,  (b)500-word personal statement that explains how and why the student chose their field of study and what skills, knowledge, and contribution they bring to the program and to Algonquin College, (c)Copy of academic transcripts re. Copy of IELTS or TOEFL scores if the student is not from an English speaking country.

3. Microsoft Undergraduate Scholarships for Students in the US, Canada and Mexico 2020

Microsoft is pleased to announce the availability of the Microsoft Scholarship Program for undergraduate students in the USA, Canada and Mexico 2020. It is primarily for students who are currently enrolled in a four-year bachelor’s degree program at an institution in the United States. United, Mexico or Canada and meet the other criteria for scholarship eligibility.

Scholarship level / field

Microsoft Undergraduate Scholarships Awarded to international students who are currently enrolled in a four-year program. Bachelor’s degree program in, or closely related to, the following science, commerce , masterful sound and Mathematics (STEM) disciplines or computer science.

Host nationality

The Microsoft 2020 Scholarship is taken and hosted in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. 

Scholarship Benefit

Applicants can receive a full or partial scholarship for the academic year. Full tuition scholarships will cover tuition for the academic year as published by the financial aid office at your college or university.

Microsoft will make payments to the designated school and will not be transferable to other academic institutions. You can use the funds only for tuition, not for other costs listed on your treasury bills, such as room and board.

4. Dalhousie University Master and PhD Scholarship – Canada 2020

Dalhousie University in Canada is pleased to apply for eligible individuals for the Dalhousie University Master’s Degree and Doctorate Scholarship – Canada 2020. Eligible individuals are charged through this notice to apply for this program.

The scholarship is open to students to pursue a Master’s or Doctorate program.

  • This statement may NOT exceed ONE double-spaced, typed page. A short, well-written statement will be advantageous to the applicant.
  • The Office of the Faculty of Graduate Studies will provide the Selection Committee with a copy of the applicants’ transcripts and reference letters, as presented along with their admission documentation.
